We would like to thank Ben Harford of Dreamcoat Alpaca Stud in the United Kingdom for his purchase of Tomorrow's Promise and her 2020 cria, KCF and CCAP Black Magic Woman. Another great addition to their already steller black and gray breeding program!!
A new addition to KCF via co-ownership with CCAP Alpacas. Her first cria at KCF, was a remarkable dark silver gray girl who's sire is Snowmass Stylish Enlightning, and she is a real looker. The cria's name is Stylish Promise. Brig... |

Is it our imagination, or is she destined to be rose gray....
Is she light rose gray?
Is she Indefinite Light?
We just call her Imaginary Rose. And her color really doesn't matter, we know for certain what she will do with her future breedings. Starting with TVA Tres Equis, she will throw a gray for you.
Is she a show girl? She is certainly of that quality, but it is our experience that these tri colored fawn alpacas get dinged in the ring for inconsistent color and handle when compared to true fawns that are a single uniform color. And that's okay, we know what her true potential is.... It is likely that of her grandfather, whom she just happens to look very similar to. Quatrain (Coffee Pot Farm) is an absolute standout of gray males and has passed his wonders on to many an offspring, including Rose's sire, Graytness by Quatrain (Cinco C's).
If you are in the market for gray, this girl could be a boost to you for years to come. Her fleece is fine and with wonderful handle. Her primaries are few, but fine and dark; just begging her to be gray. We would recommend our Tres Equis for her maiden breeding in 2020, we expect her to produce another gray cria in the long line of gray from our “almost fawn” girls. Tres is the sire of numerous multiple champion alpacas over the years, but is still shouting his relevance with 2019 champions such as 16 time champion and Judge’s Choice winner Rosehaven’s Triple Threat, and 2019 AOA World Fleece Show Champion Gray Alpaca Company’s Reverie, among others. We can’t wait to see what you get from this cross!!
